Cancel with 24+ hours notice: no charge. Life happens — we completely understand.

Late cancellations (under 24hrs) are charged 50% of the session fee to respect everyone's time.

No-Shows
No-shows without contact are charged the full session rate. Three no-shows may result in membership pause.
